The relationship between Leadership and Employee Engagement : An Employee Course Perspective

Abstract

The present study attempts to make a significant contribution by determining the level of influence of leaders towards employee engagement and also changing employee demographics variables. This study emphasizes the employee relationship with leaders and their influence towards employee engagement. The study is conducted among 300 employees from 10 banking organizations. The findings show the relationship between level of engagement and leadership influence on it and the research concludes that the Employee engagement can be measured through the management level of commitment and involvement of employees towards their work in an  organization. It represents the group of persons’ attitude towards or about the job.
